Due to the nature of the product and business, we do not accept returns.
As a one-man business focused on affordability and quality of force feedback device, we simply can’t absorb the costs associated with returned, used kits. This policy helps keep the price of FFBeast as affordable as possible for all customers. All sales are final!
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if any parts are defective, damaged or if you are missing a part, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
